** Clients with more than one residence will be charged $200/month per residence for up to 20 payments.

** Clients who have both personal and business accounts will be charged $200/month for each set of accounts for up to 20 payments per account.


In addition to regular monthly concierge bill management services, SilverBills offers our clients a variety of Ancillary Services, at a rate of $100.00 per hour of Account Manager time. Some examples of ancillary services include:

  • Generating a comprehensive reconciliation report for client’s credit card and bank account transactions.
  • Setting up a schedule of charitable donations based on a yearly target amount provided by client.
  • Submitting claims to insurance companies or other agencies, such as Medicare or a Medicare supplemental plan. Submitting claims under a long-term care policy is not an ancillary service but would be used to determine client’s recurring monthly fee.
  • Researching or organizing account information to present to the client, such as recurring transactions from client’s credit card.
  • Sorting through client’s mail if client chooses to send all their paper mail to SilverBills, separating bills, and providing client with details of any items deemed relevant.
  • Contacting multiple payees to remove client’s name from mailing lists.
  • Reconciling account payments in the event client pays a bill that has already been paid by SilverBills.
