How Paytrust Works

- You will be paired with a U.S. based, professionally trained, Account Manager, who will be your dedicated point of contact. You may call your Account Manager or communicate with your Account Manager through email, text or mail. You do not need a computer to work with Paytrust.
- Active Review. Your Account Manager will receive and review your bills each month or other frequency. Your Account Manager will compare new charges to previous charges and contact you if any charge seems problematic.
- You can choose to have your Account Manager take care of 1 bill, several bills, or all of your bills. It is completely up to you. You can add bills at any time, and you can send any one-off bills whenever you want.

- Monthly Reporting. Paytrust will provide a monthly statement showing the payee’s name, the date, amount, and method of each payment. If you choose, we can attach each of the bills paid that month to the report, so you have all your bills in one place.
- Client Portal. You can log in at any time from your phone, tablet, or desktop to see copies of your bills and whether they are pending payment or have been paid.
- No Risks. Cancel at any time with no-risk. If you cancel, we will work with you to ensure that your bills will be sent to your email or mailing address instead of to Paytrust. We will destroy all of your personal information pursuant to legal guidelines
- Comprehensive Insurance. Paytrust has been insured since 2014 without a single claim.

No: Paytrust was specifically designed to benefit individuals who do not have or want to use computers. However, if you use a computer and want to access your account, you will be able to do so at any time using the Paytrust secure client portal. In addition, you may provide written authorization for third parties like adult children, financial advisors, accountants, and attorneys to access your information via the Paytrust portal.
